We are a small friendly Coffee & Sandwich shop dedicated to

bringing you the finest organic, fair trade, shade-grown coffees, as

well as a variety of organic products including sandwiches,

soups & salads, breakfast tacos, smoothies ect.

I have been eating organic foods for most of my life. While in college, I worked as a prep cook at an Italian restaurant and also ran my own catering business. I've been educating myself about diet and nutrition for more than twenty years by reading and doing research about health foods and supplements.I believe that there is a direct link with what you put into your body and how your body performs. Over the years, I have tried many diets and have found one that works for me. I eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains, meats and fish . I always eat organic foods and whenever possible, locally grown. All the meats I eat are are locally raised, hormone free, and grass fed. Fish is always wild caught and never farmed raised. I believe this really helps with minimizing the amount of pesticides, heavy metals, and hormones that get absorbed into the body. I have incorporated my diet into all the foods that I make in my shop and believe that this is the healthiest way to eat, and I want to provide this to everyone who wants to eat in the best way possible.
